隐私悖论:基于CiteSpace的电子商务领域研究现状评述

摘要(Abstract):
电子商务企业的快速发展,在提升便利性的同时也频发隐私侵犯事件,使得用户的隐私悖论现象更为突出且呈现出新的特点;而且目前也缺乏对电子商务领域隐私悖论的内容梳理和理论分类。通过Web of Science检索电子商务中的隐私悖论为主题的论文,采用文献研究法,归纳和总结国内外相关研究方法、已有研究成果和目前的研究进展,并以此为基础分别从理论解释分类、研究热点趋势、不同情境分析这三个方面进行研究,提出问卷测量和ERPs技术测量相结合的研究方法,希望能给现有的隐私悖论研究提供一些新思路。
