90后员工离职趋向——工作满意度研究文献综述

摘要(Abstract):
在知识经济快速发展的时代下,知识型员工已经变成各行各业不可或缺的人力资源。近几年,大批90后知识型员工涌入职场,并且逐渐发展成为企业的中坚力量,是企业重点关注对象群体。但是,现代高离职率已经成为企业和90后员工的主要问题,90后鲜明的个性与工作价值的追求不断冲击着传统工作设计,90后员工在工作中没有体现出自我价值,企业员工流失潮带来了较高的离职成本,影响企业正常运行与发展。
